Planning and design of PV systems, as well as project and construction site management falls under engineering. After the installation, there is maintenance and monitoring to be done which can also be executed either by technicians.

OCCUPATIONAL CERTIFICATE: HOT WATER SYSTEM INSTALLER (SOLAR WATER INSTALLER) NQF LEVEL 4

This qualification consists of the following compulsory Knowledge and Practical Skill Modules:

  • Knowledge Modules
  • Practical Skills modules
  • Work Experience Modules
